The Fiddle And The Drum
The song is early Joni Mitchell.
This version is a cover by the band "A Perfect Circle" from the eMOTIVe album.
While the guys in the band may be making a statement about war and politics (and without a doubt Joni Mitchell was trying to speak her mind about Vietnam when she wrote this song) ...
I'm just posting it here for you to come to your own conclusions.
As for me, I just happen to enjoy the contrast of audio harmony and visual dissonance.
